Data we collect

Website access logs such as request path, IP address, device and browser information.
Analytics events for downloads and product interactions (if enabled).
No account credentials are collected because the app does not require login.

How audio is processed

QVoice is built for local processing on your Mac. The app does not need to upload your scripts or recordings to operate normal voice generation functions.

You should not upload sensitive information that you do not want sent to any backend service.

Any diagnostics may be collected from software update checks and crash-related logs if enabled.

Use of data

To provide website analytics and quality monitoring.
To maintain app updates and fix issues in beta releases.
To improve performance and security of the distribution process.

Data retention and deletion

Website logs are retained only as needed for operations and analytics.

You can request deletion of identifiable data by contacting support.
